Offers
forgivable loans to eligible home buyers. The loan amount
is $5,000 available to full-time employees working for a University
Circle
institution. Provided the buyer lives in the home for 5 years,
continuing to work in the Circle, the loan is forgiven. Workers
at CWRU,
CMA, Judson Manor, Cleveland Clinic and UH could qualify for
an additional $10,000, forgivable loan.
